Learn the complete one-piece forged wheels manufacturing process, from aluminum billet forging, heat treatment to CNC machining and quality testing. Discover TUV, SAE and JWL certified factory production standards.
One-piece forged wheels are widely recognized as the most reliable choice for high-performance vehicles, with quality derived from strict standardized manufacturing procedures. Every production step, from raw material inspection to final finishing, ensures stable wheel performance and long-term durability.
The production starts with ultrasonic inspection of 6061-T6 aluminum billets to eliminate internal cracks and impurities. Qualified aluminum blanks are heated and shaped through three-stage hot forging under super-high pressure. This process tightens the internal metal structure and greatly improves toughness and fatigue resistance compared with traditional casting technology.
After forging, all wheel blanks undergo professional T6 heat treatment to enhance hardness and structural stability. 5-axis CNC machining ensures precise hole positions, center bore and spoke details within 0.05mm tolerance. Finally, surface treatments including powder coating, painting and brushing improve corrosion resistance and appearance. All finished wheels pass strict impact, load and fatigue tests to meet TUV, SAE and JWL global standards, ensuring safe use for racing, daily driving and off-road vehicles.
